Like all natural botanicals, Camphor is a plant extract derived from the tree bearing its name and smelling very similar to peppermint. The extract will help reduce irritation, fight infection, and improve overall circulation. It is not recommended that you use makeup or skin care products made with camphor oil if you are pregnant as it is a very powerful and concentrated ingredient that may lead to complications.
Continue to use adapalene even if your acne worsens or you do not see much improvement at first. Do not stop using adapalene without talking to your doctor.
Skin care for the body is often neglected by many of us-especially during the winter months. When it is all warm outside and we are wearing shorts, we have no problem applying a body skin care product to the legs, arms, and other areas outside of the face. But, when we are bundled up during the long and cold winter months, the only time to really used lotions and skin care products on the extremities is right after a shower or immediately before bed.
