There are friendships that last a lifetime, and there are lifetimes of laughter to go along with these friendship. Then there are times we lose track of people we may have had close friendships with. There are people who you and I know that distance and time can never weaken the passion of friendship. This particular poem below, talks of that kind of friendship. These are first thoughts….. standing at a distance. Your mind is flooded with thoughts, but most importantly gratitude. Gratitude because the reunion means there is still time to renew old friendships.
